Yes. Japanese game developers seem to care less and are continuing to develop the game and no release dates have been altered. Over the years Resident Evil and its Zombie Virus has traveled the globe affecting the world and its people, now making its way to the mother land, Mother Africa. Why should Africa be excluded from this horrible outbreak you ask, well the answers are quite simple.

White Zombies are there for the picking, but killing black Zombies are just, well, racist, and if you buy this game, well you better not kill them, or else Al Sharpton will be at your house with an angry mob. And here comes the demand for reparations. Some very reputable Black authors have voiced their opinion about this racist title developed by the Japanese online in various blogs and web sites.

The new Resident Evil video game depicts a white man in what appears to be Africa killing Black people. The Black people are supposed to be zombies and the white man’s job is to destroy them and save humanity. “I have a job to do and I’m gonna see it through.”

This is problematic on so many levels, including the depiction of Black people as inhuman savages, the killing of Black people by a white man in military clothing, and the fact that this video game is marketed to children and young adults. Start them young… fearing, hating, and destroying Black people.

Never before have I received more hateful comments by angry gamers who called me everything from a “nigger” to a “black hooker” for agreeing with Ruberg that these images of Black people (Black zombies) are problematic.

But perhaps the most troubling part is that these scenes seem to be set in Africa; the “dark continent.” With all the positive steps being taken of late to raise awareness of the good things happening in Africa as well as the urgent need in some parts of the continent, we really can’t afford this kind of step back. We need to find ways to humanize Africans, not dehumanize them.

An NAACP leader believes Michael Vick should be allowed to return to the NFL, preferably the Atlanta Falcons, after serving his prison sentence for his role in a dogfighting operation.

“As a society, we should aid in his rehabilitation and welcome a new Michael Vick back into the community without a permanent loss of his career in football,” said R.L. White, president of the NAACP’s Atlanta chapter, yesterday. “We further ask the NFL, Falcons, and the sponsors not to permanently ban Mr. Vick from his ability to bring hours of enjoyment to fans all over this country.”

White said the Falcons quarterback made a mistake and should be allowed to prove he has learned from that mistake. On Monday, Vick said through a lawyer that he will plead guilty to a federal charge of conspiracy to travel in interstate commerce in aid of unlawful activities and conspiracy to sponsor a dog in an animal fighting venture.

White said the Atlanta chapter supports Vick’s decision to accept a plea bargain if it’s in his best interest, but he questioned the credibility of Vick’s codefendants, saying an admission of guilt might be more about cutting losses than the truth.

“Some have said things to save their own necks,” White said. “Michael Vick has received more negative press than if he had killed a human being.”

“I think we don’t say anything about people who shoot deer or shoot other animals,” the Knick point guard told Capital News 9, an Albany TV station. “You know, from what I understand, dogfighting is a sport. It’s just behind closed doors.

Mike Flynt was drinking beer and swapping stories with some old football buddies a few months ago when he brought up the biggest regret of his life: Getting kicked off the college team before his senior year.

One of his pals asked why he didn’t do something about it? So Flynt started a comeback — at age 59.

Flynt has returned to Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas, 37 years after he left — and six years before he goes on Medicare. And, he’s has made the roster of the Division III Lobos and could be in action as soon as Sept. 1.

Flynt enrolled in graduate school so he can take advantage of his final semester of Division III eligibility.

Flynt is giving new meaning to being a college senior. After all, he’s a grandfather. He’s eight years older than his coach and has two kids older than any of his teammates. His youngest child just started at the University of Tennessee.

Flynt’s position is still being determined, but he used to play linebacker. Wherever he lines up, just getting into a game likely will make him the oldest player in college football history. Neither the NCAA or NAIA keeps such a statistic, but research hasn’t turned up anyone older than mid-40s.

And with around 200 pounds on a 5-10 frame, about the only visible difference from his playing days is a shaved head. He’s in tremendous shape for his age because he’s made a living out of working out.

A warning from the Baltimore County Health Department following last weekend’s attacks on two swimmers by a rabid beaver. A 14-year-old boy and an adult woman were attacked north of Loch Raven Dam while swimming in the reservoir.”The boy was rescued by his mother. The female swimmer was rescued by her husband and a good Samaritan. In this instance, the 50-pound beaver was killed with a rock. It tested positive for rabies,” Rabies Coordinator Gary Thompson tells Richard Sher.

Seeing how this is local news to me, I decided to post this information. A fight is a fight, you beat a man down or get your ass beat and that is the end of it. What kind of sick fucks can go after a guy with a bat or cue ball in sock after he is down and unconcious?

No matter what someone says to upset you, how can you participate in jumping a kid? And if it was warranted even with that said, a few punches, the kid falls down and the fight is over. End of story. You have to be a total scum bag with a saggy pant rap music/thug/ghetto mentality to implement gang style beatings and these kids deserve to fry in prison for a little while.

Whats worse is they are from Westmoreland, and I honestly thought we were a little smarter than that. Then again I see one boy was from Utica (for those who don’t know its a perdomently ghetto scum hole filled with trash) and I would bet the people who iniated this were infact from there.

Anyway not that its news but it seemed to be left out of the news article below; I was told a lot more than 3 people were involved in this gang attack and a few have fled N.Y. state. A 20-year old Rome man who died Thursday as a result of injuries he suffered in a fight leaves behind a daughter and an unborn child, according to his obituary.

Three people face man-slaughter char-ges in connection with his death, Oneida County sheriff’s deputies said Friday.

The victim, Carl R. Hill of 119 E. Thomas St. was struck several times in the head with an unidentified object during a large fight at a party Sunday at 108 Pazdur Blvd. in Westmoreland, deputies said. The home is located in a trailer park off of Route 233, officials said.

Hill died at St. Elizabeth Medical Center as a result of a brain injury due to blunt force trauma to the head, officials said.

Deputies said the following people were charged with first-degree manslaughter:
ä Cory Adam, 17, of Kellogg Street, Utica.
ä Bradley Stanistreet, 17, of Stop Seven Road, Westmoreland.
ä Kevin Stolarczyk, 22, of Deans Highway, Westmoreland.

All three pleaded not guilty in New York Mills Village Court Friday afternoon. They were sent to Oneida County jail on $100,000 bail and are scheduled to reappear in court Monday, Aug. 27, officials said.

When deputies arrived at the party around 3:55 a.m., Hill was lying on the ground, going in and out of consciousness, deputies said.

Justin Doolen, a firefighter from the Stanwix Heights Fire Department, said when he responded to the scene of the fight, people told him someone had been struck in the head with a billiard ball that was stuffed inside a sock.

Update:I really do not know how true any of this may be but I was recently told Hill, on the ground, during his first stages of convolutions, was then kicked square in the head. With that said the guy was completely at the mercy of even an 8 year old girl. Even if this guy was drunk and running his mouth, even if he initiated the fight, in no way does he or anyone else deserve that being death. That may have been what finally killed him, or finished him sooner.

When something like this happens, you swing a baseball bat at the gunman’s head, because he has suggested that his gun may not be loaded.

When a McKinney couple picked up a coloring book for their daughter at a garage sale, they were surprised to see what looked like sketches drawings for a comic book tucked inside. But that was just the start of the surprises.

They turned out to be oversized artboards for the original “Avengers” comic book from 1964, worth some $48,000.

But that’s not all — the sketches were also reported stolen from DFW airport earlier this year. That’s when the Washingtons were surprised again by police.

“They read us our rights, they grabbed me and put me in another room,” remembered Paul Washington. “I’m just like in shock! What’s going on, asking a lot of questions.”
