The Madison Township man accused of having sex with two minor girls is still in jail after failing to post a $75,000 bond.

Paul D. Brunelle-Apley, 26, of 128 Wailele, Madison Township, a convicted sexual offender, was arrested Friday by township police after he delivered flowers and a teddy bear to a 14-year-old girl Madison High School to apologize for cheating on her with a 15-year-old girl, police said.

A coroner has called for “insult chatrooms” to be banned after a man took his own life while being watched by others on a web cam.

A verdict of suicide was returned on Kevin Whitrick, 42, of Wellington, Telford, Shropshire, who died in March.

The court heard he was using Paltalk, which urged users to insult each other, when he said he wanted to kill himself.

He hanged himself while some internet users urged him on and others tried to stop him, coroner Michael Gwynne heard.

‘Well-liked’

The coroner was told Mr Whitrick had been using a “friendly insult” forum at the time of his death.

When a Coney Island lifeguard spied a shark near an upset group of swimmers, he did what he thought was right: He rescued the fish.

Marisu Mironescu, 39, said he was prompted to action Monday after seeing about 75 to 100 people circling the 2-foot sand shark off the beach and “bugging out.”

“They were holding onto it and some people were actually hitting him, smacking his face,” said Mironescu. “Well, I wasn’t going to let them hurt the poor thing.”

He grabbed the largely harmless shark in his arms and carried it, backstroking out to sea, where he let it go. “He was making believe like he’s dead, then he wriggled his whole body and tried to bite me,” Mironescu said.

“We had a little bit of a punctuation mark at the end of summer with ‘Jaws’ junior showing up and frightening people,” said Adrian Benepe, the city Parks Commissioner.

Apparently so. Black gamers all around the world are upset that the next installment of the hit series of Zombie Killers, Resident Evil 5 takes place in Africa, killing well, black Zombies of cource.

Yes. Japanese game developers seem to care less and are continuing to develop the game and no release dates have been altered. Over the years Resident Evil and its Zombie Virus has traveled the globe affecting the world and its people, now making its way to the mother land, Mother Africa. Why should Africa be excluded from this horrible outbreak you ask, well the answers are quite simple.

White Zombies are there for the picking, but killing black Zombies are just, well, racist, and if you buy this game, well you better not kill them, or else Al Sharpton will be at your house with an angry mob. And here comes the demand for reparations. Some very reputable Black authors have voiced their opinion about this racist title developed by the Japanese online in various blogs and web sites.

The new Resident Evil video game depicts a white man in what appears to be Africa killing Black people. The Black people are supposed to be zombies and the white man’s job is to destroy them and save humanity. “I have a job to do and I’m gonna see it through.”

This is problematic on so many levels, including the depiction of Black people as inhuman savages, the killing of Black people by a white man in military clothing, and the fact that this video game is marketed to children and young adults. Start them young… fearing, hating, and destroying Black people.

Never before have I received more hateful comments by angry gamers who called me everything from a “nigger” to a “black hooker” for agreeing with Ruberg that these images of Black people (Black zombies) are problematic.

But perhaps the most troubling part is that these scenes seem to be set in Africa; the “dark continent.” With all the positive steps being taken of late to raise awareness of the good things happening in Africa as well as the urgent need in some parts of the continent, we really can’t afford this kind of step back. We need to find ways to humanize Africans, not dehumanize them.

A warning from the Baltimore County Health Department following last weekend’s attacks on two swimmers by a rabid beaver. A 14-year-old boy and an adult woman were attacked north of Loch Raven Dam while swimming in the reservoir.”The boy was rescued by his mother. The female swimmer was rescued by her husband and a good Samaritan. In this instance, the 50-pound beaver was killed with a rock. It tested positive for rabies,” Rabies Coordinator Gary Thompson tells Richard Sher.

The masked man entered Sandler’s Party Store about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, brandished a handgun and demanded money.

Patrick O’Brien, 21, walked up to the man, thinking he was a friend, and grabbed him in a playful way, police said. The gunman then hit O’Brien in the head with his gun.

When a McKinney couple picked up a coloring book for their daughter at a garage sale, they were surprised to see what looked like sketches drawings for a comic book tucked inside. But that was just the start of the surprises.

They turned out to be oversized artboards for the original “Avengers” comic book from 1964, worth some $48,000.

But that’s not all — the sketches were also reported stolen from DFW airport earlier this year. That’s when the Washingtons were surprised again by police.

“They read us our rights, they grabbed me and put me in another room,” remembered Paul Washington. “I’m just like in shock! What’s going on, asking a lot of questions.”

A former area cheerleading coach has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. Tammie Fleming, 37, was arrested last Wednesday.

Powhatan authorities say she worked at Dominion Cheer and Tumble on Sommerville Court in Midlothian as a cheerleading coach when she had an intimate relationship with a 17-year old student.

Authorities say the relationship between Fleming and the boy had been ongoing for several months.

Don’t drink and drive. You might hit a bump and spill your drink.

A man in Orange County suspected of driving drunk was captured Tuesday night after he jumped out of a vehicle and ran from officers still holding a beer in his hand, according to the sheriff’s deputies.

Deputies said they spotted a vehicle Tuesday night and attempted to stop the driver on suspicion he was driving drunk.

The driver then led police on a chase that ended on Mott Avenue in the Lockhart area.

Officers said the driver tried to run them down before jumping from the vehicle and running away.

The man was spotted fleeing while still clutching a beer.
