Just two days after KING 5 first reported the multi-million dollar judgment awarded to a woman who says she was raped by three car salesmen who worked at a Tacoma dealership, one of those men is speaking out.”I think it’s unfair to ruin my life over something she did willingly,” said Michael Dolajak.
Dolajak just got hit with a $2.5 million legal judgment. He never showed up in court to defend himself against the rape allegations made by a woman we’re calling Linda.

Two 17-year-old girls have been sentenced to life in prison for their “merciless” strangling of a 15-year-old girl, apparently so they could experience murder.
The pair were expressionless when sentenced in Perth Children’s Court on Wednesday after previously pleading guilty to murdering Eliza Jane Davis and burying her body under her house in a West Australian coal mining town on June 18 last year.
Court President Denis Reynolds said their remorseless slaying of Eliza was the worst category of the most serious offence in the criminal code and the pair must spend at least 15 years in jail before parole could be considered.
“It was gruesome and merciless in the extreme,” Judge Reynolds said.
Ever heard a 15 year old girl talk? we all want to strangle them, these girls just stepped their game up a notch.

NEW YORK - For a moment, the man in the grainy video looks like a good Samaritan holding the door open for an elderly neighbor. Then he turns and delivers three sharp punches to the 101-year-old woman’s head.
“The next thing I knew, I had a big bang on the side of my face,” said Rose Morat, who suffered a fractured cheekbone and lost her purse and $33 to the mugger.
The attack was captured by a surveillance camera in the lobby of her Queens apartment building last Sunday.
“I’m quite sure that if it had happened when I was younger, I would have been after him,” she said. “I’m a very strong woman. I’ve been that way my whole life.”
Police said the same man is believed to have later attacked a second elderly woman in the neighborhood. Investigators were searching for a suspect Saturday.
“We are pulling out all the stops to find him,” Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said in a statement. “We want to stop him before he strikes again.”

A drug addict mother who supplied her son with heroin and crack cocaine from the age of nine was jailed for nine years today.
Emma Kelly, 31, gave her son heroin at the school gates, Hove crown court heard, and Judge Anthony Niblett told her she had betrayed her son.
He said: “There can be no greater betrayal of a mother’s trust and duty towards her child.” Kelly realised that her son had been helping himself to her own drugs, yet did nothing to wean him off them, he added.
“You told a child psychiatrist that you realised you had a choice of informing social services of your son’s increasing opiate dependency… You allowed the situation to continue.”
“You did nothing to help him and everything to harm him,” he said. The boy, referred to simply as X throughout the trial for legal reasons, spent a week in hospital withdrawing from his opiate addiction after he and his mother had been picked up by police for shoplifting in January last year.
Kelly was sentenced to nine years in total for supplying her son with Class A drugs, including five years to be served concurrently for child cruelty.
This includes two six-year sentences, to be served concurrently, for supplying him with heroin and crack cocaine, and a consecutive sentence of three-years for giving him heroin when he was in foster care. She showed no emotion during sentencing.

A Middleburg man is accused of using electric shock to potty-train a three-year-old boy in his care. According to an arrest report, 51-year-old Paul Trotman told Clay County authorities the boy had been urinating into wall sockets and night lights to see them spark.

Lets get this guy some cash…. I think a good response to this verdict would be to lock the entire jury up in prison for the next 27 years. Then, after they are released, another jury can deny them any compensation. Keep in mind though the DNA evidence exonerates him and his buddy from fucking her, not killing her or aiding in her rape and murder.
A man who spent 27 years in prison before DNA exonerated him will not see a dime from the city.
A jury on Tuesday did not find in favor of any claims brought by Michael Evans in a suit against Chicago cops.
Evans accused officers of falsifying evidence, coaching witnesses and failing to disclose favorable evidence in the kidnapping, rape and murder of 9-year-old Lisa Cabassa in 1976. He sought about $60 million in all.
The Evans case could be viewed as a test case for wrongful conviction civil lawsuits brought against the city. Four other suits filed by pardoned Death Row inmates are pending in the Chicago courthouse.

Commerce City Police responded to 6775 Ash St. on a report of child abuse and arrested 61-year-old June Candelario.Police say she kept her grandson in a plastic 46″x30″x35″ dog kennel while she was at work. Candelario is a detention counselor for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. She works Monday-Thursday 4 p.m.-2 a.m.
Candelario would lock him in the kennel before she left for work, and then open the kennel when she got home around 3 a.m., according to police.
